WITS 3 is GSA’s Washington Interagency Telecommunications System contract for voice, video and data. GSA is delivering a fully competed open contract vehicle based on your needs and requirements so that you can purchase the products and services you need most.

WITS 3 will serve as a stable platform for the WITS user community and will provide continuity of services and full service solutions. The Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) firm fixed price contract, with technology refreshment and a price management mechanism, insures that you receive the latest technology at the best value. The contract was awarded to Verizon Business in 2007. The Period of Performance is a 4-year base plus 4 one-year option years.
