To enable secure communications and content sharing across public safety agencies, Verizon does more than just support interoperability—our network is built for real interoperability. Advances in technologies like our 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) standards-based mission-critical push-to-talk (MCPTT) app, Push to Talk Responder, make voice, video sharing, geospatial information and data sharing work effectively, while providing first responders with any-to-any, end-to-end encrypted connectivity for communicating on any network and any device during an emergency.
