To avoid being billed an unreturned equipment charge, please return all your Verizon Fios equipment within 30 days of the day Verizon agrees to send you replacement equipment in the event of an equipment issue, the date your service is disconnected, or upon a rental upgrade.
To return your equipment:
- Return rented equipment to the Verizon or the UPS Store nearest you
- You do not need to box up equipment since equipment serial numbers will be scanned and returned to Verizon (Be sure to get a receipt for your records)
