Objectives
- Through directed listening, become familiar with the genres and basic instruments used in the music of students' own cultures and the cultures of others, including Mesoamerican, African and American Blues music.
- Produce, write/compose their own drum patterns.
- Be able to provide meaningful reflection on the music that they have heard and the music they have created.
