*Battery life and charge cycles vary with use, settings, and other factors; actual results will vary.

A Pandora subscription is required to download playlists.

Best FITBIT I've EVER owned!

CAHABA · 28 days ago

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I purchased this one hesitantly because my previous one stopped charging. This has lasted me for about 4 or 5 years. I upgraded to the Samsung watch, however I blessed someone with the Fitbit as ut still has a ton if life left. You won't be disappointed.

Turns off on its own randomly

TannerZ · 5 months ago

Would have been great if it actually worked. Has software issues that FitBit isn’t fixing, so it’s useless.

Andrew · 7 months ago

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I might return this. It I do like it a lot. Only reason I will return it is because it doesn’t support Apple Music. Other then that I love it.

Can be time consuming and vexing to make all features work

Frustrated but Tenacious · 9 months ago

I bought the fit-bit ionic in 2018. Mine still works and I use it everyday. The downside of this watch is it is hard to figure out the software to make it work. Expect to put in a lot of effort on line to figure out the software and make it work. I spent many hours trying to get mine to connect to WIFI and many more trying to load a selection of songs into the watch. All of the features seem to work, but figuring out how to make them work can be very frustrating tedious and time consuming. I like a challenge as a software engineer, but this was almost too much for me. Once you figure it out it is a great watch, but it takes patience and dogged determination.

I have been using

ericj4 · 10 months ago

I have been using Fitbit devices for a few years. My Ionic has been my favorite by far. Built in GPS to track my runs, and the ability to see my texts as they come in. I can even put music on the watch and connect by bluetooth if I want to leave the phone at home! And it looks good enough for every day wear. A great smart watch.

Watch Rocks

DanS · 10 months ago

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

This watch has many, many exercise trackers. GPS that will tell you the names of streets on maps, will follow your route to review lager on your lap top. sore you workouts, sinks with your scale, holds hundreds of songs that paly without your phone, has point of service payment, is waterproof, holds a charge for 6-7 days depending on type of use and tracking, can be seen i bright sun, shows sleep length and quality, and is a fraction of an Apple watch cost. If your on the fence, BUY IT.

I graduated from the charge 2 to the Ionic. I really liked the idea of the larger display and a more sturdy option. It performed well and linked well to the MyFitnessPal app and all of my phone functions including text messages. My only issue is that the band broke consistently. I replaced it three times before I gave up and moved on to an Apple Watch. My husband hasnt had the same issue with his so it might just be a me issue, so Id still recommend the Ionic.

I am obsessed with Fitbit. My fiancé surprised me with an upgrade from my old Fitbit and got me the Ionic because it could track swimming laps, whereas my five year old other Fitbit wasnt even water resistant. The only issue I have with the ionic is that if I dont take it off to wash my hands every single time I get an awful burn-looking painful rash underneath where the charging port is. My old model did not do that.
