Great headset, terrible parts

Willis . 1 year ago

I bought this headset a week ago. Out of the box the cord that goes from the headset to the amp was messed up and causing static and feedback to come thru both the mic and earpieces.

Hey there Willis, I'm very sorry to hear that. It certainly sounds like something is wrong. I would suggest contacting us via our support site, as your headset should still be well within it's warranty. -Weston from Astro

Awesome product...

I bought November 2021.. They worked until they required an update. Having to update the mix amp and download the Command Center caused the device to be "bootloaded" So frustrating, considering it worked before update.
