Best Gaming Experience Ever!

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I am truly amazed at how realistic the Oculus Quest 2 VR Headset is! I have 2 boys who are 9 and 11 years old, and they have not stopped playing it since I bought it 2 weeks ago. You can purchase and download games and apps either from the Headset itself or from the app on your phone which is linked to the headset. The games are reasonable and several are free. You can cast the Headset to your phone or streaming device and watch the person playing. So worth the cost which is reasonable also. The battery stays charged for hours. Nothing negative about this awesome gaming system!

The Potential of This Thing!!

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

My daughter and I both have Quest 2 and we are blown away!! It's impossible to describe the experience to someone who has not tried VR before. Last night we met at a drive-in theatre and watched a movie sitting together in a car (even though we were 120 miles from each other!) and we could talk to each other about the movie in real time! Then we went fishing in South Korea in a boat on a gorgeous lake! The fishing VR game is incredible. The graphics are so amazing. I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone who is "shut in" or even for those with physical disabilities (wheelchair, stroke etc.). There's golf, pingpong, immersion movies and social networking It would be life changing for them

Fantastic!!!

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

It was a spur of the moment buy, had seen a few you tube videos but never really paid attention. MAN WHAT A SMART INVESTMENT, its so much fun and in a world where we are restricted in our movement, this thing allows freedom to get lost. What did i do before? who cares, never again!

Connect to your PC

So I received my quest 2. I remember opening the brown box it came in and I pulled the oculus box out. It was wrapped and neatly place in packaging so it would not get damages during the shipping. When I opened the quest 2 box everything from the head set and the joysticks were neatly arranged and it was pretty nice. Finally it came for set up. I put it on (pretty comfortable and I did adjust the inside lenses 1 space apart) and it had about a good 75% charge on the headset while the joysticks were at 100%. The installation was really easy to understand. The only problem I had was connecting the wifi. I was upstairs that’s a good 250 meters away from my router so I wasn’t able to connect as quick. I went downstairs to my router and was able to connect no problem( so I recommend a stronger router or maybe a wifi booster) Once connected to work installation was quick and simple was lost in a world of imagination and I had a blast. I really wanted to play on my PC but I didn’t have a link cable that is super long.( the quest comes with the charging cable that will work to connect to your pc) Fortunatly after reading a couple step by step instructions on google I was able to connect my quest to my PC wirelessly. I’m telling you experiencing the quest 2 is awesome but connecting to the PC is even better. Besides the WiFi issue it does get a lil hot so your head is going to sweat so I don’t recommend pulling your headset off and laying it on top of your head because it will fog up the lenses. Take it completely off and lay it down on your table. Overall it was an amazing experience. If your a gamer I recommend half life alyx. It’ll change everything. Overall highly recommend if your looking to have a virtual reality experience.

Pretty darn good

This is my first VR headset & I'm generally blown away. The built-in Facebook app store stuff is super slick & works great. I was also able to get it running Steam wirelessly to play Half Life Alynx, albeit a bit choppy. Plugged in, it works much better. Got a dev env going in Unity and Unreal. Next is trying to fly my drone with it. It's a bit front-heavy & becomes a bit uncomfortable on my forehead after a few hours of constant use. I wish it was better balanced, or lighter.

This is the most amazing thing I have experienced in my whole life. I love the interaction with real people. Oculus puts you right there with all the excitement. I have been trying to get my neighbors to get one for their household. Best purchase so far 2021.
