My new S21 kept turning off unexpectingly from day one. I took it back to the store where it was purchased. They told me my phone was defective and ordered a replacement over the Christmas holiday and shipped it to my sister's in NC since I was going to be there for our family celebration. When I returned to MD, I went back to the original store and they setup my new phone and placed the same case on the NEW new phone and it immediately started stuff off after a few minutes too. OMG! My sales REP GERRY at the store said it was odd that when we put the case on it happened again. He gave me a new case which solved the problem. Defective case.
