Good and Bad

4 out of 5 rating

Kennyg · 3 months ago

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

this keyboard case is good. i would recommend it. however, there are a couple issues which make it annoying. 1 - when you flip the keyboard over to hold the tablet and use it like a tablet the magnetic connection tends to come apart. 2 - when the keyboard is flipped over and your holding the tablet and using it as a tablet you cannot use the on-screen keyboard. you have to disconnect the keyboard to get the on-screen keyboard to populate unlike the surface pro which knows when it is flipped back and it disables itself. the back kickstand is excellent, reminiscent of the surface pro. i would love to see this exact 2 piece case design except without the keyboard keys, but instead with a slim front flap and the same magnetic back kickstand piece.

Absolutely Perfect - Sleek and Low Profile

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

i bought the mystic black cover for my tab s7+ and i love it. it is very sleek, lightweight and has a low profile - acheived by not putting a pen cover over the back. the pen actually stores in the fold of the cover in a magnetic holder during transport and you can attach the pen to it's charging point on the back anytime you want - just don't forget it's there. i usually mount my pen to the top right of the bezel frame (strong magnetic area there) when i'm using my tablet so that i know where it is when i go to close my case and can put it back in the book cover. great form factor and functionality and i do recommend this case - just put your pen back in the cover fold before you close it up and take it with you.

Excellent design, not flawed

5 out of 5 rating

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

a lot of users have described good design choices as flaws. yes, the s-pen holder on the back is exposed, but adding a flap would have added to the weight of the case and detracted from its streamlined look. you can store the pen on the inside of the cover while traveling and it's absolutely secure there. you only need to keep the pen on the back to pair/charge it and that only takes 40 seconds. my concern was that the tablet was only held in place by a magnet, but that magnet is pretty strong so it feels secure. this case is attractive, convenient, lightweight, but also secure. that sounds like a good design to me.

Christmas Day Disaster

1 out of 5 rating

John · 11 months ago

I purchased this cover for my wife's new s7+ tablet, her Christmas present. However, the cover magnet was not strong enough to hold the tablet when I tilted it slightly while using the camera. The 1 month old s7+ slid off of the cover and hit the floor breaking the display. The magnet did not hold the tablet securely.

Lacks a good place to store the S Pen

1 out of 5 rating

Scott · 11 months ago

this design is more about being sleek than functional, and it does sleek quite well: the galaxy tab s7+ book cover feels like it adds nothing to the form factor of the tablet itself. in concept, it also has three convenient storage locations for the s-pen: a dedicated magnet in the 'spine' of the book cover, the edge of the tablet, and the back of the tablet (which doubles as the charging location). unfortunately, the only place i want to store my tablet is on the charging slot. and if you use that location, the pen can easily fall off because the magnets aren't strong enough to guarnatee a strong hold, and the slim form factor of this book cover lacks protection from minor knocks or rubs in a bag.

Bookcover is a semi-fail

like the other reviewers the flaw with this bookcover is that the s pen is not protected. you can easily loose the s pen. mine has falling off quit a bit. and the price is very high.

Do not buy this product. S pen not secured

1 out of 5 rating

Jcruz · 12 months ago

upon arrival of my new tablet and cover i was expecting something similar to the one for the s6 with a cover to keep s pen secured but instead i received a very cheap imitation with no way to secure the pen while charging or while using the tablet. this product is a step backwards on my opinion. very disappointed

All except the magnet

4 out of 5 rating

Dapastor · 1 years ago

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I bought the tablet and bookcover a couple of weeks ago. Although the cover is very slim and takes advantage of the device's light weight, the singular problem I have is that it is only held in place by magnets. So, any unusual movement dislodges the cover from the tablet, knocks the pen off the back, makes for a frantic few minutes.

Nice cover that exposes flaw in design

3 out of 5 rating

TracyN · 1 years ago

the cover itself is slim and sturdy. it stands up firmly with the magnetic cover. the problem is it has no cover for the pen. i would like to see a magnetic cover for the pen that would keep it from falling off at every opportunity. including when you open the cover and when you stand up the tablet with the cover.

A perfect fit

Maris · 1 years ago

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

i really like how well it fits the tablet and does not add any extra bulk. the color matches my mystic bronze tablet and the magnetic closure it's very helpful. the added area to place the pen while using the tablet is so convenient. i'm very pleased with this purchase.
