Make your Android experience even greater with the Sony SmartWatch 3. Use it to interact with your smartphone or tablet without ever taking it out of your bag or pocket. Sleek and stylish, functional with multiple practical applications, the SmartWatch 3 brings convenience to your life.

Choose from a wide variety of apps available at Google Play and enjoy the SmartWatch lifestyle.

Powered by Android™ Wear
Contextually aware and smart, Android Wear gives you useful information at a glance and responds to your voice. It actually feeds you relevant and specific information as you move. At a glance, you can view tiny snippets of useful information on the go. It could be flight information, tips based on your interests, or messages of any kind.

Put your phone away
With the SmartWatch 3, you can keep on top of things without taking your phone out of your pocket or bag. Get notifications. Store and control your music. See who’s calling. When a call, message or other notification comes in, such as SMS or a Facebook update, your Sony SmartWatch 3 acts as an Android smartphone remote and gently vibrates on your wrist to let you know.

Talk to it!
Tell the SmartWatch 3 what you want and it will do it. Search. Command. Find.

With a flick of the wrist…
On your wrist, you have text/chat messages, email, calendar, call log, Facebook, Twitter, Gmail and more. If you are a busy communicator, you will appreciate how the SmartWatch 3 keeps you conveniently in the know at a glance. A multi-layer color touchscreen lets you browse and read all your notifications.

Useful with or without your smartphone
Even without your smartphone, the SmartWatch 3 can do a lot. Fill it with music to take with you before heading out for a run. When you’re out, use it to track your activity and movements, and sync with your Lifelog when you're done.

I had a Sony smartwatch generation 1 & used it until it quit! I liked it. As I looked for a replacement this one won out! It has worked as well as described & the descriptions were glowing! It's awesome & very functional!

Best Wear device out there!

Have had my smartwatch since Christmas and still loving it. Design wise, this watch gets knocked for a lot, however I think it's awesome. This watch is geared towards fitness people and the design demonstrates that perfectly. It's also designed the way it is because of it's rugged ability and being water proof. As for the screen, another area where this watch gets knocked a lot. It's definitely no where near the best but this watch has a TFT display. What that means is that the screen can be OFF, and you can still see the time. Absolutely amazing technology. Yes, it results in a washed out screen but it's well worth the trade off to get 3 days of battery life. Performance is great! A little sluggish to wake up but that's because of the latest version of Android Wear since it's been occuring across all Wear devices. So it will get fixed. GPS is a great feature and the ability to store music on my watch means I can finally run and track my runs without having to bring my phone! Love it. It does not have a heart rate sensor, but heart rate can easily be checked with two fingers. Heart rate monitoring is only useful if its continuous and no current android wear device can do that so it's pointless. I'm more happy that they included waterproofing, wifi, nfc, and gps into this watch. They definitely future proofed this watch! Highly recommend. Last thing is the charging is done via micro USB. Same as your phone! While some people think this annoying and they just obsess over the 360s wireless charging(which don't get me wrong, is very nice) but you HAVE to have the wireless charger with you. If you don't have that, you cannot charge the device at all. But with the sony watch, I can use any micro usb charger to charge it. Which they can be found anywhere. So although there are areas where every review knock this device, IMO there is a reason it is the way it is and it's more beneficial the way Sony did it. Pick this up. You won't regret it!

I've had a few android wear watches. The battery life in this has been great. Wrote an app to use the built-in GPS, works well. Very comfortable and easy to read in daylight.

Great product.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

Downside is that apps for Android Wear are lagging. Cannot play anything that is incompatible with Google Play Music on music stored on watch. Although the watch has GPS, the running apps available are not user friendly or reliable. Google Tracks missed 1 mile of my first run and 0.75mi of my second one. Back to running with a more reliable cell phone in my hands and waiting for app development to catch up with the capabilities of this watch...

Solid product

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

As a previous SW2 owner, I think the design of the SW3 is an improvement. I had few complaints about the SW2 and actually liked a few things about the SW2 design better (Sony smartwatch software) However, the android wear shortcomings have nothing to do with the design and quality of the SW3. Once android wear improves I am confident the SW# will take full advantage, such as use of NFC. The watch feels light on my wrist but feels like a quality product. The connection and notifications come seamlesly from the phone with no issues with connection. I am still learning how to use the watch, but the learning curve has mostly been with android wear and not the watch.

Great product
