Don't buy this phone

Shiloh · 3 days ago

I bought this phone less than a year ago. It has been replaced 3 times. When on speaker or not caller hears static and then drops calls consistently. Phone is replaced with refurbished phones. Motorola takes no responsibility. 3rd phone doing it again. Now searching for a new phone as I have no choice.

Worst Moto I've ever owned

Sean · 5 days ago

The only reason that this phone gets two starts is because of the battery life. I've gone three days without charging this thing, it's pretty awesome. Outside of that, this is the worst smartphone I've ever owned. 1) It's slow and hangs. Opening the camera app up takes a few seconds and it just freezes while it loads, never seen a phone do something like it. Taking a picture you have to take the photo, wait a few seconds and not move to ensure that it actually got the photo. I've literally seen it take a photo, make the noise of that too the photo and then moved my phone and it was a blur. I've taken photos in a text message and sent it - and it totally just deleted the photo and the text. 2) It's slow with data speeds, I mean less than a mbps in an area with good reception. My wife's phone, that's also 4g and on the same carrier, no issue with the are. It will constantly just stop streaming music in an area with good service. 3) Locks up, in addition to it freezing when I'm just trying to open it, or close an app it will just lock up . 4) Camera is trash unless you use professional mode - which is annoying.

So far, so good!

mirandah · 12 days ago

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I bought this phone a month ago, upgraded from the Moto G6. I'm pretty happy with it! I like the bigger screen size, the battery life, features like swipe navigation, etc. The only thing that I think maybe is not as good is the selfie camera, but I may not have the settings right, either. It's not bad, just different. Overall, I'm quite pleased with it, and would recommend!

Have had a number of Motorola phones but hearing problems made me switch to another brand to get "Live Caption" Now Moto G Power has it. I cant imagine what anyone would want a phone to do that this phone doesn't do and do well

Delivered quickly. Has a great battery life. Features are very good. Hardest part was finding where to remove the sim card from the old phone.

Phone works

Biggie · 26 days ago

This phone is big and bulky especially when a case on it. It's heavier than most phones and by the way is difficult to fit in pockets.
