17 months of minimal use with this phone. Haven't even paid it off (2 year agreement). No longer connects to the network and Verizon says there's nothing else they can do. Either but a new phone or be without one.

Piece of junk, wish I could give zero stars

unhappyowner3 · 22 days ago

The phone was only 3 months old when an update crashed it and it seems to be beyond repair. No one in my area can service the phone so I sent it off to TX. They can't fix it so are sending it back to me unrepaired. I'm asking for a refund from Samsung since I purchased it directly from them but haven't heard that they will do so. I will never purchase another Samsung product based on my current experience with them.

The worst phone I've ever had

Pepper · 1 months ago

I'm not sure why verizon has only 2 phones to choose from for prepaid plans but this is one of them..I use Samsung products exclusively but this phone has made me rethink this. The camera is the worst quality out of all the models in the past 8 years. The processor is so old that most apps won't download. Like banking apps, etc I can't tell if verizon has had this model stripped down or what?! Prepaid needs more options or let me bring my own Samsung. They won't always let you byop even if it's the same model etc.

Why signal only up to 2G?

exgalaxy · 1 months ago

bought this while on a trip oversea early this year. back in the states and it didnt give a good signal. tried resetting the APN t-mobile based on google search but my effort was fruitless. i really need help! this is really bad signal. i was able to get 4Glte while in that country with local simcard but not very bad reception with only up to 2G and dropping. Im not into design but heck this thang is heavy. watch your face while laying down ;)

Samsung you let me down

Keith1970 · 2 months ago

I had an s9 plus with another company then switched to Verizon upon my retirement. I got this little doozie here and I am sorry I did. Everything is so slow most buttons have to be hit more than once to type a word, I miss most calls because the ringer isn't loud enough. Don't get me wrong I love samsung and am actually looking for something refurbished to replace this terrible phone. I won't leave samsung but I think you missed with this one

Slow

Faith76 · 2 months ago

I was on vacation and my phone was broken the store had little selection. I went with this phone, not happy. It keeps buffering, very slow even on this Verizon site. I honestly have played with it for a week now and just struggle with the settings. I would not recommend this phone
