Nice phone!

Theresag32607 · 3 days ago

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

Considering I had to upgrade from my Galaxy S9 I am pleasantly suprised by how much I like this phone. The price was perfect for what I needed and there were no other phones available.

Clunky phone

Hmmca · 4 days ago

It's an awkward phone. Like another review, talking and screen goes dark, press side button. The vm does not say dare and time of call. No icon indication that you have voice mail. If a call comes in that you want to decline, it doesn't allow it. I am stuck with phone now.

not happy

annoyed · 4 days ago

This phone is okay. Holds charge well. However, what I don't like about it is when you block a number, you can still get messages. also when you are on a call, the backlight goes out and you have to keep hitting the side button to keep it lit. Another thing with this device is that sometimes when you hit the button to unlock the screen, it goes back out and you have to hit it again. Very annoying. Not a fan

SLOW as a disruptive child en-route to the principals office!

Mike · 5 days ago

My wife bought this phone in August '21 to replace her outdated Samsung edge that she milked for 2 years beyond her contract. At first it was just brutally slow and non-responsive and now it is non-responsive, she cant even call me in the house on WIFI. Dont even consider this phone as an option. Oh and if you call 611 for service plan on waiting for a VERY longtime.

so dissapointing

Rod W · 5 days ago

I finally replaced my scratched up 6 year old Motorola Z force with this Galaxy A12, and it was a huge step backwards. This phone is so slow that sometimes I miss phone calls waiting for the phone app to come up. It can take 30 seconds or so just to turn on. I have tried all of the recommendations to reboot eliminate apps, clear caches, and so on. Verizon support actually let me replace it under warranty because they could not figure out why it was so bad. But the new one is just as slow. Oh, and it is very finicky about connecting to wifi networks. So yeah, it sucks, and it is the last Samsung I will every buy.

Absolutely no features what so ever.

Tbone · 10 days ago

Won't work with Bluetooth hearing aids. Has no multicast feature. Just a basic phone. One step above 2 tin cans and a string.

hate it

noneofyourbeeswax · 12 days ago

I think this is the worst electronic device I have ever used. The software is hardly intuitive and was apparently developed by a 12yo. Everything I try to do takes an extra step from my galaxy s5. Change for change's sake is an obfuscation.

Solid budget phone- great for a quick replacement!

Jay P · 21 days ago

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

my current samsung phone met an early death on accident and i needed a quick replacement. this fit the bill just fine. it is a little slow which takes some getting used to- but it gets the job done. it looks decent and with a micro sd card, my only real gripe- low storage- is easily fixed.
