Finally Upgraded my Samsung

StarShine the Hippie · 2 days ago

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

Finally received my phone after 3 months of delayed shipping and back order. Nice and sleek slightly larger than i expected but nonetheless pleased with it. Downside is that all new phones no longer come with earphones or phone chargers bummer,(my old Samsung S8+ came with earphones, wall charger & base, pin and a little note thanking me for my purchase i guess this is the way now, lol. I basically received the phone, pin and the USB cable minus the base. I really wanted the candy red but it was only offered for a different version of the Galaxy series. Will provide an update to this review after one month of use.

TERRIBLE UPGRADE FROM THE LG V60

Kyle · 8 days ago

after breaking my screen on my lg v60, i ended up "upgrading" to the Samsung s21+... at first i liked it for the most part... i wished it had removable storage and a headphone port, but i figured i get past that.. the more i used it i realized i had bad connectivity issues.. ive never had a stable network connection. and is always "no signal" or the signal is so weak i cant place any calls. ive brought it into verizon locally and the guy has told me he found it was having an issue, reset it, and had me try it again. it worked maybe 5 minutes untill i was back on the road and once again no data and weak to no cell coverage.. The battery life is terrible, it lasts half a day a best using facebook or on the web... the fingerprint reader only reads my finger once every few tries.... after going back and fourth to verizon im now stuck with them cause im past the 30 days for a different phone.. im thoroughly irritated with Verizon and this phone...i just wish i had kept my old LG phone and had the screen fixed.

good product

jatnna · 8 days ago

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I love the quality, how the phone feels on my hand, the speaker sound it's really good and loud, I like how the camaras can capture the color and the definition of my pictures. I also like the shape of the phone because I still can place it on my pockets. the only thing I didn't like it was that my screen when black (stop working), but I called Samsung and they got it fixed.

Biometrics suck

Crash · 9 days ago

I can set up the biometrics on this phone and as soon as I have finished my finger print fails to scan. I just do not like Samsung phones and already regret this phone day one.

Great device!

Sugarpaw · 10 days ago

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I've had this phone now for about 3 months and I'm happy with my purchase. I know there's a lot of features I do not use so I have a lot of learning to do. This is the first time I have actually splurged on a phone. I have always had a Samsung but leaned towards the lower price range . With that said, I would definitely buy this phone again if I had to do over. I have noticed that the battery tends to run down faster than claimed but that could be my fault. In my opinion, it is worth spending the money!

no SD card slot and wall charger

sidh · 16 days ago

Samsung should bring back SD card slot. I don't know why they removed the wall charger. Ordered separately and now they don't have it in stock. It should come with the phone like before!

Screen cracked first week

bdp1 · 19 days ago

I put this thing into a protective case as soon as I unboxed it. Even so, after less than a week of light use, the screen is scratched and cracked. Before this I had a Note9 for several years without any issues whatsoever. This one is a disappointment.

What happened to the quality?

Wickednirish · 19 days ago

It hasn't even been a year and then screen went black but was still functioning. This issue appears to be common. What is Samsung doing about it? We used to be a champion of Samsung products but this may be our last time buying anything Samsung.
