Family Money Auto-Renew and Payment Authorization Terms

The following are the Family Money Auto-Renew and Payment Authorization Terms shown in the app:
By scrolling to the bottom of the Auto-Renew and Payment Authorization Terms and clicking “ACCEPT” and continuing to link your Funding Account(s), you acknowledge and agree that you have read and agree to: the Family Money Terms of Service, Family Money Prepaid Card Account and Visa® Cardholder Agreement (“MCB Cardholder Agreement”), and the Trial Offer Terms, and that YOU AUTHORIZE METROPOLITAN COMMERCIAL BANK (“MCB”) TO CHARGE YOUR FAMILY MONEY CARD ACCOUNT (“WALLET”), OR, IF SUFFICIENT FUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE, DEBIT BY ACH ANY OF YOUR EXTERNALLY LINKED FUNDING ACCOUNT(S), $3.99/MONTH (“MONTHLY FEE”) PLUS ANY OTHER APPLICABLE CHARGES AT THE END OF YOUR 30-DAY TRIAL AND AT THE START OF EACH BILLING PERIOD THEREAFTER (REFER TO “ACCOUNT SETTINGS” FOR BILLING DATE), UNTIL YOU CANCEL. YOU CAN CANCEL OR CHANGE YOUR FUNDING ACCOUNT(S) AT ANY TIME BY GOING TO “ACCOUNT SETTINGS” IN THE APP. Canceling stops the recurring charge for the Monthly Fee, but does not refund the Monthly Fee, or any portion of the Monthly Fee, or other charges for the then current billing period, except as required by law. You can continue to use Family Money until the end of the then current Billing Period. Click here for a Schedule of Family Money Fees and Charges, which is in the MCB Cardholder Agreement. Check with your bank for any fees that may apply from moving funds as part of Family Money. The bank transactions could include withdrawals, deposits, returns, declines or transfers.
