Yes, you need to have Verizon Internet, TV or Voice service to purchase a Verizon PC or TV Protection Plan. To review different plans, visit PC & TV Protection Plans and chose a plan that will suit your needs.
With all Verizon PC & TV Protection Plans Service plan packages there is a 30-day waiting period before you can file a claim. Once you have purchased your service plan and waited 30 days you are eligible to file a claim.
Yes, because a PC & TV Protection Plan will protect all flat panel televisions (LED, LCD, plasma displays), computers, and phones in your home not covered by extended warranty. Once any extended warranty expires on a device in your home, that device will automatically be covered under your Protection Plan.

Laptops, Personal Computers, or television sets less than 32 inches will be shipped to an PC & TV Protection Plans facility to determine whether the item is a total loss.
An item will NOT be shipped back to a customer for disposal if the item is determined to be a total loss.
Yes. After the standard 30-day waiting period following the purchase of your PC & TV Protection Plans Service Plan, there is an aggregate claim limit within a rolling 12-month period.
The aggregate claim limit varies depending on the PC & TV Protection Plans product that was purchased.
No. You will receive a pre-paid postage box to return your laptop to our depot for repair. You will not incur any extra expenses for this process.
ADH stands for “Accidental Damage in Handling”. ADH covers your laptop from spills, cracks, and falls.
