Important Information Regarding Changes to Your Product Terms of Service: Revisions Effective 2/28/2019

At Verizon, we strive to keep you informed of changes that may affect your Verizon experience. That’s why we wanted to make you aware of changes that have been made to the following Products’ Terms of Service: Verizon Online, Fios Digital Voice, Fios TV, Verizon Voice Link, Fios Prepaid, Inside Wire Maintenance Plan, Inside Wire Maintenance Plan for Copper, Inside Wire Maintenance Plan for Fios Digital Voice, Inside Wire Maintenance Plan for Traditional Voice on Fios and Service Agreement for Long Distance and Regional Toll Calls. These changes went into effect on February 28, 2019 and include updates related to changes in our Arbitration appeal process.

Important Information Regarding Changes to Your Verizon Online Terms of Service: Revisions to Terms of Service Effective 12/21/2018

At Verizon, we strive to keep you informed of changes that may affect your Verizon experience. That’s why we wanted to make you aware of changes that have been made to the Verizon Online Terms of Service. These changes went into effect on December 21, 2018 and include conditions related to the increase in the Minimum Late Payment Charge and added reference of the publicly available website containing our Open Internet Disclosures.

These changes went into effect on December 21, 2018 and include conditions related to the increase in the Minimum Late Payment Charge and clarification that certain bundled products and services may require paperless billing.
