Important Information regarding Customer Agreement and Service Terms Updates

Effective March 12, 2021, our new Verizon Customer Agreement and Service Terms for Verizon Wireline residential customers replaces the Terms of Service for Fios High Speed Internet and Value Added Services, Fios TV, Fios Home Phone (formerly known as Fios Digital Voice), and Fios Prepaid services.  This reformatted Customer Agreement combines the common legal terms for all these Verizon products and services and includes the product service terms as Exhibits.

Customers will be notified of this change through bill messaging, online and on the Fios TV Interactive Media Guide.

 

Important Information Regarding Changes to Your Fios TV Terms of Service: Revisions to Terms of Service Effective 01.16.2020

At Verizon, we strive to keep you informed of changes that may affect your Verizon experience. That’s why we wanted to make you aware of changes we will be making to the Verizon Fios TV Terms of Service, effective January 16, 2020, to revise terms related to arbitration or small claims actions.


Important Information Regarding Changes to Your Verizon Online and Fios TV Terms of Service: Revisions to Terms of Service Effective 09.11.2019

At Verizon, we strive to keep you informed of changes that may affect your Verizon experience. That’s why we wanted to make you aware of a change we will be making to the Verizon Online and Fios TV Terms of Service. This change, which will be effective September 11, 2019, clarifies that Verizon may offer and bill for third-party online streaming services that customers choose.


 

At Verizon, we strive to keep you informed of changes that may affect your Verizon experience. That’s why we wanted to make you aware of changes that have been made to the nofollowing Products’ Terms of Service: Verizon Online, Fios Digital Voice, Fios TV, Verizon Voice Link, Fios Prepaid, Inside Wire Maintenance Plan, Inside Wire Maintenance Plan for Copper, Inside Wire Maintenance Plan for Fios Digital Voice, Inside Wire Maintenance Plan for Traditional Voice on Fios and Service Agreement for Long Distance and Regional Toll Calls. These changes went into effect on February 28, 2019 and include updates related to changes in our Arbitration appeal process.

These changes went into effect on December 21, 2018 and include conditions related to the increase in the Minimum Late Payment Charge and added reference of the publicly available website containing our Open Internet Disclosures.

These changes went into effect on December 21, 2018 and include conditions related to the increase in the Minimum Late Payment Charge and clarification that certain bundled products and services may require paperless billing.
