Using the Drafts Screen
email provides you with a Drafts screen to compose and save messages that are a work-in-progress. Once you have saved a message as a draft, the Drafts Folder appears on the Folders screen. Return to your drafts messages at any time to complete and send your messages.
To compose a draft message, visit email. How do I save messages as drafts? From the left navigation bar, select Compose. The Compose screen appears. Create your message. Select Save Draft. email saves your message in the Drafts folder. How do I read draft messages? Open the Drafts folder. In the Subject column, find the message you want to read. New draft messages are marked with a green diamond-shaped icon. Select the email address of the message. The Compose screen appears, displaying the draft message. How do I delete draft messages? You can delete all your draft messages, or delete individual messages. To delete all your draft messages: From the left navigation bar, select Folders. The Folders screen appears. From the Empty column, select the Trash icon for the Drafts folder. Note: The Trash icon only appears if there are messages in the folder. email asks you to confirm moving your draft messages to the Trash folder. Select OK. email moves the draft messages to your Trash folder. After one day, email deletes the messages. To delete individual draft messages: Open the Drafts folder. Find the message you want to delete. In the check mark column, check the box for the message. Select Delete Selected. email deletes the message. How do I move draft messages to another folder? Open the Drafts folder. From the check mark column, check the boxes next to the messages you want to move. From the Choose Folder drop-down menu, choose the destination folder for the messages you want to move. Select Go. email moves the draft messages to the destination folder.
