Creating a Verizon MI424WR wireless network in Windows 7
  1. Select WPA2-Personal in the Security type field. Please note that the Encryption type field will automatically change to TKIP. [Show Me]


  2. Enter your WPA2 encryption key in the Security Key field.

  3. Select Hide characters to replace the entry in the Security Key field with dots for greater security. [Show Me]


  4. Select Start this connection automatically if you want to connect to this wireless network each time you log in to your computer.


  5. Click Next.


  6. Click Close when the screen displays confirming that your new connection has been added.
