Minimum system requirements:

  • Pentium III 600 MHz processor


  • Windows 2000 or XP


  • 64 MB RAM (128 MB recommended)


  • 10 MB of free hard drive space


  • 1 available USB 1.1 or USB 2.0 port


  • CD-ROM drive


Note: Effective May 18, 2007, Verizon will no longer provide support for Windows 98, Windows 98 Second Edition (SE) and Windows Me (Millennium Edition) with Verizon FiOS Internet. On July 11, 2006, Microsoft discontinued support for these operating systems, and you will no longer be able to receive support or security updates from Microsoft. We recommend that you upgrade to a supported operating system immediately (i.e., Windows XP and/or Vista) to ensure optimal performance from your Verizon FiOS Internet Service.
