Verizon AOL ®  Cobranded Experience No Longer Available What’s changing and what’s not changing?
The Verizon with AOL experience has been discontinued as of October 15, 2011. The start page will be redirected here to assist users in changing their browser's homepage to http://myverizon.com.

You’ll access your verizon.net mail (and other Verizon account information) at http://myverizon.com and your aol.com mail (and other AOL account information) at http://www.aol.com. Your email IDs and passwords will remain the same. There will be no change to your Verizon Internet access service plan or pricing.

Do I need to change my home page?
Yes, you should change your home page to one or both of the following URLs for easy access to your accounts.
Do I need to install new software?
If you use AOL software such as an AOL Client or AOL Instant Messenger, we recommend you visit AOL.com and update to the latest version of their software. This will ensure you are using the most current version of software and remove any links to Verizon that may not work after the change.

Do I need to change my email settings to use verizon.net?
If you use an email client such as Outlook, you do not need to make any changes to your POP or SMTP settings.

Do I need to change my Internet connection settings?
No, you do not. This change is only impacting the URLs used to access your accounts. Your Internet connection settings are not affected.

Do my verizon.net email accounts change in any way?
No, you still have access to a primary account and up to 8 sub-accounts. Your existing verizon.net user IDs and passwords will remain the same.

How do I access my AOL mail?
You can sign into your AOL account at aol.com or continue to use an AOL client.

How can I get help with any technical issues I may have with my AOL.com account?
You’ll need to contact AOL technical support directly with any questions about your AOL account.

Will these changes cause my services or pricing to change?
No, there is no change to your Verizon Internet access service plan or price.
