Verizon One device isn't getting power The power light on your Verizon One device should be illuminated after you plug your unit in to an A/C outlet.

  1. Check the connection between the power adapter and the receptor on your Verizon One device.

  2. Check the connection between the Verizon One power plug and the wall outlet or power strip.


  3. Re-check to see whether the Power LED is lit solid green.
