Add Recording and Storage Services

How do I know if my Set Top Box is programmed to record?

Click the Record button on your FiOS TV remote. If your STB is set up to record, a message confirming the recording will appear. If your STB is not set up to record, but is DVR capable, a message will appear that will allow you to order DVR service. Follow the on screen prompts to add recording services for your Set Top Box.

If your existing equipment is not DVR capable, your equipment will need to be upgraded if you want to add DVR service. Click here for additional information or for more advanced Recording and Storage Services, go to channel 171.

How do I add recording capability to my Set Top Box?

Your existing equipment may support basic recording services, click the DVR button on your FiOS TV remote control or click on the Menu button and select DVR. If your equipment is DVR capable, you may follow the on screen prompts to add recording services for your Set Top Box.
