Quick Help:
  • Use IHA Image In-Home Agent to find your network’s WEP You can access In-Home Agent on a computer that is already connected to Verizon Online. Within In-Home Agent, select Internet, Networking & Wireless Setup and then Retrieve SSID and WEP/WPA key.
  • If you haven't changed your WEP encryption key, the default WEP key is provided on a sticker on the bottom of your gateway.

Note: The D-Link 2750B Gateway security screens and prompts may vary slightly from these directions depending on when you purchased your gateway and the firmware loaded on it.

To locate your network’s WEP:

Note: If you can't remember your gateway user name or password, you will need to reset your gateway to the default settings and reconfigure your home network.
  5. Click the Wireless tab. The Wireless overview page displays.
  6. From the sub-menu, click Wireless.
  7. From the Security tab, select WEP from the drop-down. On the WEP Keys tab, your network's WEP encryption key displays in the Encryption Key field.2750B WEP Image
