How To Return

Returns are free and easy when you follow the instructions included with your FiOS Return Kit provide by Verizon. Apply the prepaid shipping label included in your exchange/disconnect kit. Drop it off at the nearest UPS store. Locate your local UPS Store here.

If you need additional return/exchange boxes call 1.800.VERIZON (1.800.837.4966).

30-Day Window

Please return all your Verizon FiOS equipment within 30 days of the disconnect order date to avoid being billed an Unreturned Equipment Charge.*

Unreturn or Damaged Equipment

If the equipment is not returned or is damaged outside of normal wear and tear, an Unreturned Equipment Charge of up to $650 per piece will be applied to your account.**

*If the Equipment has a label which includes the following (or similar) message, "PROPERTY OF VERIZON, DO NOT REMOVE FROM PREMISES," then you must not return the Equipment and you will not be charged an Unreturned Equipment Charge.

**If you are enrolled in automatic bill payment at the time of disconnection, the Unreturned Equipment Charge will be billed to you and charged to your payment card or deposited from the bank account on file. If you are not enrolled in automatic bill payment at the time of disconnection, you will be billed for this fee and will be responsible for payment.
