A Time We Won’t Forget

There is a lot for the telecom industry to look back on in 2020, and even more to look forward to in 2021. From working to meet the evolving demands on bandwidth to simplifying the processes of doing business with remote workforces, we have put our best foot forward to seize the opportunities of tomorrow. 

To our employees, thank you for coming together and adapting to this “new normal” as we try to navigate and plan for a better, more connected future. This year, our team has consistently broken barriers through our work in—and by being a part of industry conversations around—accelerated digital transformation, flexibility, agility, workplace inequality and how diverse workforces lead to a better culture and business. 

Despite a year of uncertainty, we received four notable industry awards, participated in half a dozen industry events and contributed an extraordinary amount of volunteer hours. Together, we have continued to serve our customers and communities by building tomorrow with the best of today. 

While the pandemic has brought on new and unexpected changes for us all, watching the VPS team throughout it all has been inspiring. As a leader, I’m committed to helping the Verizon team grow and evolve with these changes so we can continue to achieve success. Moving forward requires the best people and partners, and I’m honored to say, we have them. 

We are so grateful for all the sacrifices that you have made this year to support and serve others. May this holiday season be a time for you to rest, recover and reflect on all that has been achieved.
