Repairs are performed by an Asurion-certified technician and come with a 12-month limited warranty. Repair options may include in-store repair, mail-in repair or at-home repair.   • The $99 damage deductible will apply for all damage that is ineligible for cracked-screen repair. The $99 damage deductible will not apply if your loss and theft deductible is under $99. In such cases, the damage deductible will be the same as your loss and theft deductible.
  • All Same-Day Delivery and Setup services (a benefit of Tech Coach) are subject to the following: available in select locations, which are subject to change at any time, contingent on certain criteria, including customer location, technician availability and inventory availability. Same-Day Delivery and Setup for new devices is only available for devices purchased on verizon.com, if presented as an option at the time of device purchase. Same-Day Delivery and Setup for insurance replacements is available for select smartphones with approved claims, with eligibility determined at time of claim approval. Replacement device could be new or refurbished.

Laptop health checkups are limited to diagnostic exams only, and do not include troubleshooting, triage, repair or replacement services. Verizon offers Total Mobile Protection for Business, which consists of Verizon Extended Warranty, Wireless Phone Protection and Tech Coach. Each of these options are also available for purchase separately. Verizon also offers Verizon Protect Business, which consists of Verizon Extended Warranty, Wireless Phone Protection and Business Tech Coach Security.

Total Mobile Protection for Business provides coverage for loss, theft, damage and post-warranty malfunctions.

Total Equipment Coverage provides coverage for loss, theft, damage and post-warranty malfunctions. Not available in Florida or for Florida customers.

Wireless Phone Protection provides coverage for loss, theft and damage. Not available in Florida or for Florida customers.

Verizon Protect Business provides coverage for loss, theft, damage and includes Business Tech Coach Security.

Tech Coach includes tech support, same day delivery and setup for replacement smartphones and new devices purchased on verizon.com, laptop health checkups and device refresh.

Business Tech Coach Security includes all the benefits of Tech Coach plus access to Verizon Mobile Device Management and Lookout for Small Business.

Total Mobile Protection for Business, Total Equipment Coverage, Wireless Phone Protection, Verizon Extended Warranty and Verizon Protect Business enrollment must occur within 30 days of device activation or another qualifying event like open enrollment: 

  • Purchase or upgrade to a new device and activate it on a new or existing line

  • Bring your own eligible device that meets the following criteria:

    • Is fully functioning, without damage (including cracked screens) and free of defects

    • Isn't lost or stolen

    • Is activated on a new line (not an existing line)
