What you’ll be doing...

As ERP technical specialist in IT Corporate Systems Group, this individual will lead strategic and transformation initiatives such as 1ERP, which is a multi-year project to consolidate 6+ ERP platforms into single ERP platform to drive efficiencies and revenue growth. The SAP Technical Architect establishes standards and requirements on technical layers to deliver business value.

  • Leading strategic and transformation initiatives such as 1ERP, which is a multi-year project to consolidate 6+ ERP platforms into single ERP platform to drive efficiencies and revenue growth.
  • Establishing standards and requirements on technical layers to deliver business value.
  • Orchestrating key proof of concept to assess the potential business value of new SAP technologies.
  • Leading technical aspects of system development and integration and ensures that relevant technical strategies, policies, standards and practices are applied correctly.
  • Understanding and advocating the Enterprise Architecture and information technology strategies in Dec/Sec/Ops, Code reusability, and Process/Test Automation.
  • Analysing SAP and partner roadmaps along with market trends to determine their potential impact to current systems.
  • Providing guidance on system builds and support for SAP rollout.
  • Leading technical development functions in and around SAP S/4 HANA ERP platform with business functions spanning across other systems and other SAP products such as CFIN, Hybris, IBP, CAR, Ariba, SAP Analytics.
  • Collaborating with business partners, system integration leads, functional leads, development leads and infrastructure leads in order to fulfil the stated primary goal.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering.
  • Experience in Agile and Dev/Sec/Ops methodologies, Code Reusability, and Automation.
  • Experience in designing and developing interfaces between SAP and non-SAP.
  • Experience with consuming SOAP and REST based web services in SAP.
  • Experience with designing, developing and implementing SAP Workflows.
  • Experience in UI5 or Fiori development.
  • SAP/ABAP development skills.
  • Knowledge on SAP S4/HANA.
  • Full life-cycle SAP implementations experience using a recognized methodology.
  • Experience to all aspects of an SAP environment - PI, SolMan, IDOCs, BW, and HANA.
  • Experience with programming Function Modules, SmartForms, Object-Oriented ABAP, BOR, User Exits, Enhancements, Reports and Dialog Programming.
  • Knowledge of SAP interfacing technologies (ALE/IDoc, EDI, BAPIs, flat-file interfaces).
  • Knowledge of modern enhancement techniques using BAdI and/or the Enhancement Framework.
  • Self-motivated, team player with ability to work with offshore and third-party resources.
  • Analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
