What you’ll be doing...

You will provide support to the Verizon Business Group related to Professional Services and advanced labor on Verizon’s Quote to Cash tools. You will work directly for the professional services operations team and will be responsible for helping Verizon Sales to resolve process and systems issues related to Professional Services. You will be responsible for solving complex issues with the functionalities and features of the Quote to Cash tools and will include leading and managing all phases of projects as needed and will include documenting and communicating results.

  • Planning strategic direction, executing, coordinating and contributing on all project related activities for Customer Accounts, through all project phases from inception through post-project.
  • Participating in highly complex, cross functional projects that require contact with multiple departments.
  • Consulting with management verbally and in writing to review project proposals, including goals, timelines, procedures for accomplishing tasks, required staffing, communication, quality assurance plans and analysis.
  • Developing materials and participating in operational meetings to assess results and performance.
  • Creating and maintaining training, department communication and process development as needed.
  • Developing and cultivating effective relationships with cross functional teams throughout Verizon and its affiliates.
  • Driving performance and accomplishments from direct and indirect team members.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Google G-Suite.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Two or more years of related experience, with proficiencies in Business/Financial fields.
  • Technical skills to operate tools and research solutions to resolve issues.
  • Analytical skills to determine what reported issues mean and ability to analyze data.
  • Communication skills to customers and senior level managers.
  • Problem solving skills, specifically in creating solutions from data towards revenue and loss reduction.
  • Time management while working on large projects and deadlines and being able to juggle multiple projects.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while making effective business decisions and meeting deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel.
