What you’ll be doing...

  • Operate as a key point of contact for the Chief Creative Officer with representatives across CMO and external agency partners.
  • Establish and monitor master project plans, acquisition and coordination of staff as needed to deploy on projects. (internal or external).
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, external agency leadership and executive teams internally.
  • Deliver concise presentations for key senior updates and operational reviews.
  • Develop timelines and action plans to mitigate potential risks, including escalations to key stakeholders.
  • Develop executive agendas, communication, and meeting materials. To include preparation sessions for various meetings to include: All hands, Brand Summits, Staff meetings, Town Halls, etc.
  • Manage various creative reviews to include: advanced scheduling, gathering topics and attendees.
  • Meeting attendance for follow ups and note-taking purposes.
  • Publish post-meeting notes documenting key decisions and action items in a timely manner.
  • Create visually compelling content for use in executive-level meetings that communicates complicated information in an engaging way.
  • Manage outreach of the SVP Chief Creative Officer with preparation for speaking engagements, conference appearances and press opportunities.
  • Work with Verizon's internal comms team to align that all social platforms for the CCO are updated with current content.
  • Update social platforms where needed.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • Six or more years of experience working in a creative environment.
  • Agency and or marketing experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and prioritization skills.
  • Presentation building skills.
  • Excellentcommunication skills-written and verbal.
  • Ability to multi-task and work with minimal oversight.
  • Team player with a "no job too small" attitude.
  • Strong strategic and project management capabilities.
