What you’ll be doing...

As a Project Manager, you will be working on (but not limited to) DC power, AC power, generators, HVAC, facility management systems (Fire, BMS) and general construction projects. This position will be part EMEA wide with some potential projects in Asia Pacific. The project manager will have overall responsibility for the planning, management, coordination and financial control of multiple projects. You will be required to drive initiatives from the initial concept and design through to handover to operations.

  • Review and evaluate electrical engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Review and evaluate electrical engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Review and evaluate mechanical engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Understanding of Building Management (BMS) and Power Monitoring System (PMS).
  • Collaborating with internal & external parties to develop ideal solution for the business.
  • Liaising with product experts and consultants to jointly develop solutions.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering subject or relevant work experience.
  • Qualified in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience in managing large cross-functional or enterprise-wide projects.
  • Willingness to Travel in Europe and Asia Pacific.
  • Valid driver's license.

Even better if you have:

  • Project management experience in M&E critical systems.
  • Commercial and Finance experience in managing large construction projects.
  • Excellent verbal, written, analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence organizational direction and departmental initiatives.
  • Strong leadership, problem solving and negotiation skills.
  • Project management certification.
  • Experience using the full suite of Microsoft Office and Google suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Track record of successful project execution.
  • Ability to managemultiple complex and challenging projects.
  • Experience of Data Centre engineering specific to Mechanical, Electrical and Construction.
