What you’ll be doing...

The Revenue Assurance Consultant will provide ongoing validation and controls of invoice detail data on an on-going basis utilizing intermediate SQL. They will project manage process re-engineering to provide automation for manual processes.

• Manage the RAPA (Revenue Assurance Production Analysis) Confluence site and JIRA Program.
• Drive improvements in billing processes; manage investigation of bill cycle issues.
• Act as an escalation point for investigation needed for issues.
• Act as a liaisonbetween various teams foraccess resolution, data integrity resolution, and data availability resolution.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with writing Intermediate level SQL.
• Experience in project management and process improvement skills.
• Experience with Confluence and JIRA.
• Experience with large data sets using Teradata, SQL Server, Oracle, or Hadoop.
• Willingness to travel.

Even better if you have:

• Bachelor in Finance, Accounting, Business, Statistics, Mathematics or Computer Science disciplines.
• Experience with Java.
• Experience with writing complex SQL.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate issues across multiple teams in environment of constant change.
• Knowledge of ordering, provisioning and billing systems for the Home Wireline Biller.
• Exposure to Data Science techniques.
• Experience partnering with IT to create technical solutions for business processes.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; strong organization skills.
• Ability to act quickly and pragmatically under pressure to prioritize and resolve customer-impacting issues.
