What you’ll be doing...

As SAP Technical Manager [ABAP + Fiori + Integration] in the IT Corporate Systems group, you will be part of the core technical team leading strategic and transformation initiatives such as 1ERP, wSAP & 1Planning technical areas. 1ERP is a multi-year program to consolidate various ERP platforms into a single ERP platform to drive efficiencies. The primary function of this role is intended to own & drive technical implementations in these projects from India.

The primary responsibility will be to lead andmanage the technical teams on the latest SAP S/4 HANA platforms. You will deliver best in class out of box capabilities through planning, analysis, design and leading development teams to realize the business processes. These will be enterprise-wide business processes centered on SAP S/4 HANA ERP platform and spanning across other SAP and non-SAP systems. You will interface with business partners, system integration leads, functional leads, and development lead in order to fulfill the stated primary goal.

  • Preparing reports and training materials, training personnel, and delivering presentations.
  • Should be able to lead & manage the SAP ABAP-Fiori Projects, Change requests andSupport along with a BASIS team
  • Should be able to manage external ABAP-Fiori teams to get the requirements completed on-time & in-full
  • Assist development team, mentor and help all the SAP Functional and technical teams with developing necessary program objects related to new projects, Change requests & support
  • Advise team on all technical developments (reports, interfaces, layout sets, data migration programs) as per specifications
  • Train and Participate in Unit and Integration Testing with the users and ensure all Development objects are tested during these testing cycles.
  • Leading the team for activating the standard Fiori Apps and developing the custom Fiori Apps
  • Managing the integration deliverable and strategy across the ERP landscape
  • Drives & improves product management maturity practices for our middleware and messaging services - SAP PO/PI platform, SAP CPI & API platforms includingEDI platforms.
  • This leader will work to build out product capabilities to deliver on aligned business capabilities.
  • Develop roadmaps. Define roadmaps and collaboration across key team members to ensure roadmaps are synced and not duplicative. Define and track KPIs to measure success across multiple products and partners.
  • Monitor, analyze, and identify trends for system performance and resource utilization, oversight of solution manager KPIs. Supervision of priority 1 and 2 incidents, problem-solving, and follow-up with problem reports, and countermeasures.
  • Develop a vision to monitor system resource allocations and growth and suggest operational efficiencies.
  • Establish project and operations KPIs. Measure plan vs. actual. Develop kaizen plans. Overseeing and managing the technology portfolio.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Ten or more years of relevant work experience managing a team of tenor more.
  • Experience working on at least two full life cycle implementation projects in SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Experience in implementation, from the development of Business Blueprint, As-Is Study, To-Be Analysis, GAP Analysis, Post Implementation support.
  • Experience in preparation of functional specification design and interact with technical team for different RICEFW (reports, interfaces, conversion, enhancements, forms, workflows objects).
  • Strong Knowledge in Forms (SAP Scripts / Smart Forms/Adobe Forms).
  • Knowledge inReports (ALV / Classical).
  • Knowledge in Interfaces (ALE/IDOC, BAPI), Conversions (LSMW/BDC), Enhancements (User Exits, BADI, Enhancement Spots), Object Oriented ABAP, Workflows (Development, Configuration).
  • Knowledgr in OData (SAP ODATA Framework, Eclipse IDE and SAP Web IDE, OData service creation and Implementation)
  • Experience in PI/PO, SAP CPI.
  • Experience in API Management development
  • Four years ofexperience in using PI/PO to design and build A2A, B2B integrations.
  • Experience in developing ESR and IR objects.
  • Experience inGraphical and Java mapping and proficient on XML Technologies
  • Experience in SAP UI5 Developer.
  • Three years of experience in minimum of twoend to end SAP UI5 Implementations.
  • SAP UI5 development experience in developing / enhancing SAPUI5 and SAP Fiori Apps.
  • Knowledge of web development framework ( HTML5, CSS, Javascript and JQuery).
  • Experience in developing SAPUI5 solutions using Eclipse and SAP WebIDE.
  • Experience handling Issues/support functions.
  • Experience conducting user requirements gathering.
  • Knowledge GAPS and documentation designs.
  • Fluency in English.

Even better if you have one or mor of the following:

  • A Master's degree.
  • Knowledge in functional areas like SD, IM, MM. Process areas like OTC, P2P.
  • Certifications in SAP PO, CPI, Fiori, ABAP.
