In your role you will be responsible for the following E-tailer Account Management; Demand Generation, Channel Strategy and Sales Planning; Sales Reporting, Analysis & Financial Stewardship.

  • Annual development of Joint Business Plan with retailer to drive category growth and capturing more than fair share for our portfolio of devices/services.
  • Develops and deploys compelling advertising and promotional plans with accounts to maximize the return on investment.
  • Develops sales/operational strategies and initiatives with retailer to include product assortment/placement, pricing strategy, promotions, merchandising, training and inventory to deliver joint business plan objectives.
  • Leads annual budget development to support JBP, manages expenditures with account to meet budgetary requirements.
  • Collaborates internally and externally across departments/stakeholders
  • Delivers sales presentations and sales analysis to drive sales results in written, verbal, remote or in face-to-face meetings building and maintain relationships, negotiate product costs, margin, and close deals.
  • Directs the launch and facilitates the setup of new SKU's, new products, services, and initiatives at assigned accounts also serves as liaison between other company departments to facilitate.
  • Responsible for identifying and closing plan gaps and developing response plans to market and/or competitive changes.
  • Supports the sales goals and forecasting activities and manages shipping forecast, monitors retail account sales order process to ensure product is received at retailer in allotted time.
  • Ensures execution of advertising and digital promotional plans are delivered on time to include coordination with internal/external stakeholders to support.
  • Maintains ongoing monthly JBP, quarterly QBR stewardship routines to ensure delivery of objectives.
  • Actively participates in monthly internal conversations regarding the business status of the account, and future planning.
  • Represents company at retailer training´s and associated retailer vendor events.
  • JBP reporting and stewardship across all core competency areas: Financial Acumen, Supply Chain, Demand Generation, Category Development and Market Execution
  • Evaluates promotional ROI of channel events and makes recommendations on where to invest for the best return.
  • Controls and manages expenditures with account to meet budgetary requirements.
  • Support of enterprise management processes and policies to facilitate plan development and execution – I.E. Forecasting, Accounting, Supply Chain, Brand Marketing

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • A valid driver's license

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Must have experience with TracFone systems or processes.
  • Bachelor Degree (B.A.) or equivalent combination of education and national retailer experience leading channel sales partnerships.
  • Five years’ experience managing sales within a large company with two hundred and fifty million ingross sales.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and overall communication skills.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Ability to manipulate, summarize and interpret large amounts of data using advanced Excel skills, interpret financial reports and legal documents.
  • Computer skills including but not limited to Windows, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to effectively summarize and present information to management of assigned accounts.
  • Experience selling in retail sales channels (consumer package goods experience).
  • Knowledge of retail organizational structures, overall operations and replenishment processes.
  • Organizational and selling skills, disciplined work habits.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to present objectives to management and to assigned account(s).
  • Knowledge of Vendor Central and retailer marketplaces
