What you’ll be doing...
In the role of Sr. Mgr-Governance & Process Improvement, you will be responsible for building and leading a team that designs, assesses, implements, and continuously improves compliance across the product business cycle, operations, and technology. This will require building new Compliance Center of Excellence (CCoE) Governance Councils, whereby the compliance objectives for VBG can be stakeholdered, steered and ultimately adopted with the greatest efficacy.
You will lead a team of highly skilled individuals employing industry best practices in critical CCoE functions such as ATO/Audit preparedness (including maintaining and managing internal/mock audits and facilitating training for the organization), reporting, triage management, and RACI/RMF accountability. This team will serve as the first line of CCoE representation with the entire organization to ensure compliance is a cross functional responsibility and the goal to holistically align business processes and risks to industry frameworks. The team will also measure and report on key indicators and process improvement outcomes.
