What you’ll be doing...

You will be responsible for managing a talented team of system engineers and will be responsible for the Wireless Order Management applications. You will be providing technical leadership and help team identifying and adopting industry best practices. In your leadership team will be encouraged and motivated to provide world class solutions for our customers.

• Performing project management activity to ensure customer commitments with best quality standards.
• Performing people management activities including conflict resolution, employee support, team-building, and cross-team communication.
• Responsible for Supporting Cassandra NO SQL, Data Modeling, DB Support and maintaining java based micro services.
• Building relationship with global teams to deliver proposed solutions.

Where you’ll be working:

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.

What we’re looking for...

You are a highly motivated individual that takes a proactive approach to projects. You can communicate with clarity and vision. You work well in a team environment by being a good team player with the ability to deal with change, share knowledge, and pitch in where needed.

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in complex implementation of large scale application using Cassandra NO SQL , Data Modeling, DB Support , Java Sprint boot, micro services hosted on K8 and AWS public cloud platform.
• Experience in Agile methodologies.
• Project management experience with a history of on time and on budget delivery.
• People and performance management experience.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• A degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent technical decision-making skills and engineering acumen.
• A proven track record of recruiting and retention success with top tier development talent.
