The table below shows where the specified services are governed by a state tariff and where they are not. For matters that are outside the scope of a tariff, a Customer’s service agreement, including the Guide (referred to collectively below as “Contract/Guide”) applies. For example, to the extent a state does not regulate certain terms and conditions relating to a service (e.g., dispute resolution remedies and procedures) even if it regulates other aspects of the service, the Contract/Guide applies. Also, to the extent a service or a component of a service (e.g., voice mail) is not tariffed, the Contract/Guide applies. The table shows where state specific notices, terms, grandfathered services or other information are provided on the Guide. Clicking on the state name in the table takes you to the state-specific notices, terms, conditions and other information on the Guide for that state.
