Section IV.2.8– Type 2 Monthly Recurring and Non-Recurring Charges for circuits quoted July 1, 2010 through September 30, 2010

Type 2 Service is available to Customers whose wire center is within 20 airline miles of the applicable Type 2 Service Switch (see Mileage Calculation).

The following monthly recurring and non-recurring charges apply to service provided between

the Customer-designated location and the MCI Legacy Company IXC Point of Presence location and specifically to Type 2 circuits which are quoted July 1, 2010 through September 30, 2010, in accordance with service conditions as specified in Section I.1.3, interface type, circuit speed and either the Term of Customer’s Agreement, or other such other agreement to maintain the circuit in service for a particular period, whichever is longest (the “Commitment Period). The minimum time commitment is one year per circuit.  For purposes of this Section, Pricing Zones for Type 2 Ethernet Access connections are defined in the Type 2 Pricing Zone List July 1, 2010 based on Type 2 Service Areas and Exchange Center. For circuits quoted from July 1, 2010 through December 31, 2010 the non-recurring charges specified in this section IV.2.8 will be waived.
