How to use Number Share - Home
Easy enrollment
If you are a Verizon Account Owner or Manager, you can get Number Share - Home by signing up in the Alexa app: Select More > Settings > Communication, then follow the on-screen instructions to link your mobile number. If you are not an Account Manager, ask your Verizon Account Owner to add Number Share - Home to your line from Products & Plan Perks, and then follow the steps to sign up in the Alexa app.

Why can’t I sign up for Number Share - Home?

We are no longer accepting new enrollments for Number Share - Home as the service is scheduled to be discontinued on March 31, 2026. We encourage you to explore our other connected device plans for alternatives.

I am an existing customer. When will my service end?

Your Number Share - Home service will remain active through March 31, 2026. You will receive reminder notifications on February 13 and March 24, 2026, with further details.

Do I need to do anything to cancel my subscription?

No action is required. We will automatically remove the Number Share - Home add on from your account on March 31, 2026. You will only be billed for the service through that date.

Can I still use Number Share – Mobile for my smartwatch?

Yes. This change only applies to Number Share - Home (Alexa). Number Share – Mobile for smartwatches and other wearable devices is not affected and remains available.

What is Number Share - Home?

With Number Share - Home, you can link your Verizon mobile number to your Alexa account so you can make voice calls from your smart speaker at home.

How much is Number Share - Home?

For $5/month you can connect your Verizon mobile number to multiple Alexa-enabled devices in one location.
