What is the Netflix & HBO Max (With Ads) perk?
The Netflix & HBO Max perk lets you stream a wide variety of award-winning TV shows, movies, fresh originals and more, with subscriptions to Netflix Standard with Ads and HBO Max Basic with Ads.
I already have a Netflix subscription through Netflix and/or an HBO Max subscription through HBO Max. What do I need to do?
Netflix: You can easily link your existing Netflix account — no need to cancel it first! When you begin activation, you can simply enter your Netflix credentials to link your existing Netflix account to your perk. Once completed, you will no longer be billed on your previous method of payment.
HBO Max: If you have an existing HBO Max account billed directly through HBO Max, you will need to replace it with your Netflix & HBO Max (With Ads) perk during activation of HBO Max Basic with Ads.
If you cancel Netflix or HBO Max through Verizon, your previous subscription(s) billed directly to Netflix or HBO Max may resume.
I already have either a Netflix or HBO Max subscription through a third party. What do I need to do?
If you have an existing Netflix or HBO Max subscription through a third party and use the same email address when activating Netflix or HBO Max as part of your Netflix & HBO Max (With Ads) perk, you will need to manage your third-party subscription to avoid multiple subscriptions and charges.
