Roadside Assistance service costs depend on whether or not you have a Roadside Assistance subscription. If you’re a Verizon wireless customer, you can pay-per-use, or subscribe to Roadside Assistance** to get your services included. How much does Roadside Assistance cost when I have a subscription?
A Roadside Assistance subscription costs $4.99/mo for each enrolled line on your account. With a Roadside Assistance subscription, the following services are included at no extra charge:
Subscribers receive up to 4 service claims in a wireless coverage area per year and 1 additional service claim in non-coverage area per year, available using Apple’s Roadside Assistance via satellite. Note: Non-coverage area service requests are available with iPhone 14 or newer on iOS 17.2 or later.
Commercial rates can be arranged for service after the limit has been reached or for services not covered.

How much does Roadside Assistance cost if my enrolled mobile device isn’t present?
A mobile device enrolled in Roadside Assistance must be physically present to be covered. Otherwise, pay-per-use rates apply.
How do I get a Roadside Assistance subscription?
You can sign up for Roadside Assistance from Products & plan perks on My Verizon.
The subscription follows the enrolled device, so you must have the device with you to receive Roadside Assistance. If you have more than one eligible device on your account, you may want to enroll each device. Cancel anytime through My Verizon.
