What’s the AMC+ offer?
For a limited time, you can get either 6 months or 12 months of AMC+ with an eligible Verizon mobile account.
To be eligible for the offer, you must have a new or existing mobile account and get one of the following between 8/12/21 - 12/31/22:- 12 months of AMC+ when you:
- Activate a new line with the 5G Play More, 5G Do More or 5G Get More plan, and
- Purchase a new 4G or 5G smartphone on a Device Payment Plan.
- 6 months of AMC+ when you:
- Activate a new line with the 5G Start plan, and
Purchase a new 4G or 5G smartphone on a Device Payment Plan.
OR
- Upgrade to a new 4G or 5G smartphone on a Device Payment Plan on an existing line with any Unlimited plan.

Can I still get the AMC+ promotion if I already subscribe to AMC+?
Yes. However, if you already have an AMC+ subscription through another company (e.g. Apple TV, Amazon Prime), you need to cancel it with that company before you redeem this offer.
If you have a paid or promotional AMC+ subscription directly with AMC, you will need to contact AMC Customer Service to cancel that subscription. You can then follow the instructions provided by Verizon to redeem your promotional offer. If you try to register before doing so, you will be prompted during the redemption flow with instructions on how to proceed.
Redeeming the AMC+ offer

When can I redeem the AMC+ offer?
You will receive an order confirmation email after you place your mobile order.
Within one week after activating your new smartphone, you will receive an email from Verizon with instructions for redeeming the AMC+ offer. It will include a special link to AMC+ that will apply the promotion code to your cart.
You will have 30 days after receiving the instructional email to set up an AMC+ account and redeem this offer. -
How do I redeem the AMC+ offer?
To redeem the offer:
- If you already have a subscription to AMC+ through another company, you will need to cancel that subscription before redeeming the offer.
- Select the link found in the instructional Verizon email to go to AMC+ to redeem this offer.
- It will take you to the AMC+ website, and your promotion code will be automatically applied. Your cart should show a $0 balance. You will not be asked for a credit card number.
- Create an AMC+ account.
- You can now begin watching AMC+ on up to 5 devices at the same time.

How long do I have to redeem the AMC+ offer?
You will have 30 days after you receive the Verizon email with your redemption code.

What if I can't find the email with redemption instructions for the AMC+ offer?
Check your spam folder for the Verizon email.
You can search for the email:- Using the sender address: no-reply@customer.verizon.com.
- Using the subject heading: (Your Name), get (Promotion Length) of AMC+ on us.
If you are not able to find the email with the redemption code, you can get assistance at Verizon Contact Us.

How do I watch AMC+ content?
Using your new AMC+ account, you can watch on up to 5 devices at the same time:
- Online at www.amcplus.com
- Or using the new AMC+ app that is available on:
- iOS
- Android
- Apple® TV
- Roku
- Fire TV

What happens when the AMC+ offer ends?
You will receive an email from AMC+, sent to the email address you used to register on the AMC+ website, notifying you that your AMC+ promotion has ended. Your access to viewing AMC+ will automatically end when the promotion ends.
You can renew your AMC+ subscription on the AMC+ website.
You'll need to sign in to your promotion account and add a payment option. -
What if I upgrade my mobile Unlimited plan during a 6-month promotion?
You will continue with the same offer and cannot qualify for the 12-month promotion.

What happens to my promotion if I need to suspend my Verizon mobile service?
Your promotion will continue to run until the original end-date. The promotion will not pause during any suspension of service.

How can I find out when my AMC+ offer ends?
You will receive an email with the promotion end-date from AMC+ shortly before your promotion ends.

How can I cancel my AMC+ subscription?
You can cancel the subscription at any time during your promotional period by contacting AMC+ Customer Service. However, you will still have access to AMC+ for the original 6-month or 12-month promotional period. If your promotion is associated with your Verizon mobile account, and you do not add a paid subscription when the promotion ends, your AMC+ account will become inactive.

I’m being asked for a TV provider when I try to sign in. Do I put in my Verizon account?
Make sure you are using the AMC+ website or app.
If you are being asked for a TV provider, you are on the AMC website or app, which is for cable customers. You do not need a Verizon TV package to use this AMC+ offer.
Please confirm that you are using the AMC+ (Plus) app or www.amcplus.com. These are different from the AMC app and website. -
