About the PlayStation Plus & PlayStation Now Offer

  1. What's the PlayStation Plus & PlayStation Now on us offer?

    Customers who purchase eligible Verizon Mobile Unlimited or Fios home internet plans may be eligible to get PlayStation Plus and PlayStation Now subscription on us for up to 12 months.

  2. What’s PlayStation Plus?

    PlayStation Plus is PlayStation's subscription service that enhances your existing free account for PlayStation Network and helps you to get the most out of your PlayStation®4 (PS4) and PlayStation®5 (PS5) console. PlayStation Plus is typically required for PS4 and PS5 console online multiplayer gaming, except when using PlayStation Now. In addition, PlayStation Plus membership includes monthly games to download, exclusive PlayStation Store discounts, and 100 GB of cloud storage for game saves.

  3. What’s PlayStation Now?

    PlayStation Now is PlayStation's game subscription service that gives you access to more than 800 PS4/PS3/PS2 games. With PlayStation Now you can stream PS4, PlayStation 3 (PS3) and PlayStation 2 (PS2) games on PS4 and PC, and download hundreds of PS4 games to play on your PS4 and PS5 console.

Eligibility and Sign-up

  1. Who’s eligible for the PlayStation Plus & PlayStation Now offer from Verizon mobile?

    If you are a new Verizon mobile customer you may be eligible for 12 months of PlayStation Plus & PlayStation Now on us, if you:

    • Activate a new line on a Verizon mobile Get More, Do More or Play More Unlimited plan, and
    • Purchase a new smartphone from Verizon on a device payment plan.

    If you are an existing Verizon mobile customer you may be eligible for 3 months of PlayStation Plus & PlayStation Now on us, if you:

    • Purchase a new smartphone from Verizon on a device payment plan on a Verizon mobile Get More, Do More or Play More Unlimited postpaid plan.

  2. Who’s eligible for the PlayStation Plus & PlayStation Now offer from Verizon Fios home?

    If you are a new Verizon Fios home internet customer you may be eligible for 12 months of PlayStation Plus & PlayStation Now on us, if you:

    • Purchase 200 Mbps, 300 Mbps, 400 Mbps, 500 Mbps or Gigabit internet plans between 11/19/20 and 11/30/20, or
    • Purchase a Gigabit internet plan between 12/10/20 - 1/20/21.

    If you are a new Verizon Fios home internet customer you may be eligible for 3 months of PlayStation Plus & PlayStation Now on us, if you:

    • Purchase a 200 Mbps or 400 Mbps internet plan between 12/10/20 – 1/21/21.

  3. How do I redeem my PlayStation Plus & PlayStation Now offer using the My Verizon or My Fios app?

    You will need to either sign in to an existing account for PlayStation Network or set up a new one before you can redeem your offer.

    1. Sign in to either the My Fios App to redeem the Fios Home Internet offer or the My Verizon App to redeem the Mobile offer.
    2. Tap the PlayStation tile Level Up Your Gaming on Us.
    3. You will land on a page where your unique Redemption Code will be displayed.
    4. Copy the Redemption Code and have it ready to enter on the PlayStation site.
    5. Tap the button Go to PlayStation to arrive at the PlayStation site, where you will see instructions on how you can apply the Redemption Code on your PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, or PlayStation 3 console, PlayStation App, or the PlayStation website.

  4. How do I redeem the Sony PlayStation Plus & PlayStation Now offer using My Verizon (Mobile) or My Verizon (Home) online?

    You will need to either sign in to an existing account for PlayStation Network or set up a new one before you can redeem your offer.

    1. Sign in to either your My Verizon (Mobile) or My Verizon (Home) account.
    2. Find the PlayStation tile Level Up Your Gaming on Us (For Mobile, this tile is located at the bottom of the page under Recommended for you), and click on the tile.
    3. You will land on a page where your unique Redemption Code will be displayed.
    4. Copy the Redemption Code and have it ready to enter on the PlayStation site.
    5. Click on the button Go to PlayStation to arrive at the PlayStation site, where you will see instructions of how you can apply the Redemption Code on your PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, or PlayStation 3 console, PlayStation App, or the PlayStation website.

  5. How long do I have to redeem my offer?

    Your Redemption Code from Verizon mobile must be redeemed within 60 days of Activation.

    You must install a qualifying Verizon Fios home internet service to redeem the offer. Your Redemption Code from Verizon Fios home internet must be redeemed within 60 days of email delivery of redemption instructions or by no later than 4/20/21, whichever is first.

  6. I lost my Redemption Code for the PlayStation Plus & PlayStation Now offer from Verizon. What should I do?

    As long as you have not used the Redemption Code yet, you can still access the tile and obtain the Redemption Code for the offer by signing in to My Verizon or My Fios using the app or online.

Managing Your Subscription

  1. What happens when my PlayStation Plus & PlayStation Now offer ends?

    After your offer ends, each subscription, PlayStation Plus AND PlayStation Now, will automatically renew annually for $59.99 ($119.98 total for both services plus applicable tax) or every 3 months for $24.99 ($49.98 total for both services plus applicable tax) each, depending on the initial offer redeemed.

    You can cancel PlayStation Plus & PlayStation Now at any time.

  2. How do I cancel my PlayStation Plus and/or PlayStation Now subscriptions?

    If you are using a PS5 console:

    • Go to Settings, then Users and Accounts, then Account.
    • Select Payment and Subscriptions, then Subscriptions.

    If you are using a PS4 console:

    • Go to Settings, then Account Management.
    • Select Account Info, then PlayStation Subscriptions.

    If you are online, visit playstation.com/sonyaccount and sign in to your account for PSN.

    • From the Media tab, then select Games.
    • Select PlayStation Plus (and/or) PlayStation Now membership, then Cancel Automatic Renewal.

  3. What happens to my PlayStation Plus & PlayStation Now subscription if I'm no longer a Verizon customer?

    If you cancel your Verizon account, your PlayStation Plus and/or PlayStation Now subscription will remain unchanged.
