Missed a payment or need more time to pay? No worries. Just let us know.

If your payment won’t reach us by its due date, you can set up a payment arrangement to get extra time to pay the balance due and protect your services from possible interruption. Any late payment charges will still apply, though.

You have 2 options:

  1. Schedule a different date to pay your balance or past due amount (or)
  2. Split the balance or past due amount into two payments on two different dates.

Once your request for payment arrangement has been approved, you’ll receive confirmation so you can put your plan into action.

Can I modify or cancel my Payment Arrangement?

Yes. After you schedule a payment arrangement through the My Fios app, My Verizon or by calling us, you can modify or cancel it using any of the above said methods.

*A $7 Agent Assistance Fee will be charged for any payment arrangement modification made with a Customer Service Representative over the phone.
