Payment arrangements
Missed a payment or need more time to pay your Verizon home bill?
If your payment won’t reach us by its due date, you may be able to set up a payment arrangement. This gives you extra time to pay the balance due and protect your services from possible interruption. Any late payment charges will still apply.
You have 2 options:
- Schedule a different date to pay your balance or past due amount (or)
- Split the balance or past due amount into two payments on two different dates.
Once your request for a payment arrangement has been approved, you’ll receive confirmation so you can put your plan into action.
