2. Click Manage Account > View Order Status. Your initial view is all the pending orders you've created in the last 12 months. Note: Another way to view orders is by going to Internet & Wired Communication workspace > Orders > View order status. Then, find the Chat with us button in the bottom right corner of the screen.
