Paper Free Billing

Make your life easier and save paper by viewing your bill online

Verizon Paper Free Billing is easy and secure. Receive a link to your monthly billing statement by e-mail or text notifications. You can enroll in Paper Free Billing and Auto Pay options in the My Fios app or by signing in to My Verizon. Once you enroll, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail.

Enroll now

Select the method you’d like to enroll:

  • My Fios app

  • To enroll in Paper Free Billing in the My Fios app, select:

    • Bill from the dashboard > Options > Paper Free Billing > tap Enroll
  • My Verizon

  • To enroll in Paper Free Billing in My Verizon, sign in and:

    • Hover over Billing > select Paper Free Billing > select On, next to Enroll

Note: When you sign up for Paper Free Billing you will get your first and last bill as paper.

Already enrolled and need to change something?

  • Receive monthly bill reminders

  • To receive monthly bill reminder notifications, sign in to My Verizon and select My Profile and sign up for email and/or text message reminders. To ensure that you receive your messages from Verizon, please verify or update your primary email address and mobile phone number.

  • Discontinue Paper Free Billing

  • If you cancel Paper Free Billing too close to your next billing date, your paper bill may not be available to restart until the following month. If this is the case, you can access your bill online.

    If your service plan requires paper free billing, all bills will be delivered electronically and paper free billing may not be removed without changing your services/plan.

    Select the method you’d like to discontinue:

    • My Fios app

    • To discontinue in the My Fios app, select:

      • Bill from the dashboard > Options > Paper Free Billing > tap Enroll to unenroll
    • My Verizon

    • To discontinue in My Verizon, sign in and:

      • Hover over Billing > select Paper Free Billing > select On, next to Enroll to unenroll
