Paper Free Billing

You can now receive your bill online, making your life a little easier and saving paper

Verizon Paper Free Billing is easy and secure. Receive a link to your monthly billing statement by e-mail or text notifications. Sign in to My Verizon to enroll in Paper Free Billing and Auto Pay options.

Once you enroll, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail.

Note: when you sign up for paper free billing you will get your first and last bill as paper.

Want to receive monthly bill reminders?

To receive monthly bill reminder notifications, sign in to My Verizon and select My Profile and sign up for email and/or text message reminders. To ensure that you receive your messages from Verizon, please verify or update your primary email address and mobile phone number.

Discontinue Verizon Paper Free Billing

To discontinue Verizon Paper Free Billing:

  1. Sign in to My Verizon
  2. From the header, select account then bill
  3. Click on bill to open the bill tab
  4. In the right column under account services, click on Paper Free Billing.
  5. Follow the steps provided.

If you cancel Paper Free Billing too close to your next billing date, your paper bill may not be available to restart until the following month. If this is the case, you can access your bill online.
