When you’re enrolled in Auto Pay, we automatically debit the payment method you choose (i.e., bank account, debit card, credit card or Verizon Visa® Card). When your bill is ready, we send an email or text with your total payment amount and confirmation that your payment is scheduled.
Monthly discounts are available for your Fios services when you sign up for Auto Pay using your bank account or Verizon Visa Card and for paper-free billing. You must also select an eligible myHome Fios Home Internet plan.
Good to know: Qualified plans with Verizon Forward and plans with price guarantees may also be eligible for an Auto Pay discount. To qualify for the monthly discount, you must use your bank account or Verizon Visa® Card as your Auto Pay payment method.
