How do I set up Auto Pay online?

    Go to the Set up Auto Pay page in My Verizon on your computer or mobile browser. Click Set Up Auto Pay.

    Select the payment method you wish to use for Auto Pay and enter your payment method information.
  • 3
    Select the day of the month that you want Auto Pay to occur on from the available dates on the calendar.

    Once back on manage autopay page review selections and click Enroll, Read and agree to Terms and Conditions.

Ensure your payment is received on time, sign up for Autopay at My Fios app or on the My Verizon.

Enroll now

Select the method you would like enroll:

  • My Fios app

  • To enroll in Auto Pay with the My Fios app select Bill from the dashboard and select Enroll in Autopay.

  • My Verizon

  • To enroll at My Verizon, sign in and:

    • Hover over Billing > Select Auto Pay

Note: When you enroll in Auto Pay, we’ll automatically debit the bank account, debit card or credit card you’ve chosen every month for the total amount due for your Verizon services. When your bill is ready for review, you'll receive an email or text message notification that includes your monthly bill amount, and confirms that your payment is scheduled for the date you've previously selected.

Already enrolled and need to change something?

  • Update Payment Information

  • Select the method to update your payment information:

    My Fios app

    To update payment information in the My Fios app select Bill from the dashboard and select:

    • Options > Manage Payment Accounts

    To update payment information in My Verizon, sign in and:

    • Hover over Billing > select Pay Bill > Edit Payment Method

  • Discontinue Auto Pay

  • Select the method to discontinue Auto Pay:

    My Fios app

    To Discontinue Auto Pay in the My Fios app select Bill from the dashboard and select De-Enroll in Auto Pay.

    To discontinue Auto Pay at My Verizon, sign in and:

    • Hover over Billing > Select Auto Pay > Select De-enroll

  • Yes. You should continue to make payments until your first draft is taken out of your account.

  • How do I discontinue the service if I change my mind?

  • Yes! You are always free to use whichever payment method is most convenient for you.

  • Will I be notified when a payment is made?

  • Yes, we’ll let you know when we receive your payment, as long as you have an updated email or mobile number listed on your account and are opted in to receive bill notifications.

  • Will I get confirmation when my enrollment is complete?

  • Yes, we’ll let you know that you’ve successfully enrolled by email or text..

  • What if I need to change my card or bank account information?

  • You can modify your payment method any time online using My Verizon.

  • What happens if I disconnect my service?

  • Your Auto Pay continues and any credit or refund will be applied to your payment method.

  • Can I change my payment date?

  • Yes, you can change it online whenever you like at My Verizon.

  • Can I delay or pause Auto Pay?

  • Unfortunately, you cannot delay or pause Auto Pay once you’re enrolled for the service. You can discontinue the service, however, at any time.
