In Lesson 7 | Climate Justice: Plastic Pollution in New York City, students will learn how New York City residents are impacted by plastic pollution, and the possible sustainability measures they can take to reduce their city’s carbon footprint.

 

Note:  Lesson plans are designed as a 7-part series, which should be followed in consecutive order. 

 

Lesson Duration: Each lesson plan includes 2-3 class sessions that will require no more than 30 minutes of class time per session. Teachers can use any additional class time to extend in-app exploratory moments or class discussions.
