Eric Cevis

President, VPS

Mr. Cevis is Group President of Verizon Partner Solutions (VPS), the global wholesale division of Verizon. He is responsible for domestic and international wholesale revenue growth and strategy; including marketing, sales, customer service, and wholesale business operations. Since March 2014 he has grown VPS into a $5 billion dollar revenue business and exceeded industry and business revenue targets annually in this leadership role; as well as throughout his 30+ years in the telecom/tech industry.

Mr. Cevis is an active member of the Global Leaders Forum, has been listed multiple years on Capacity Magazine’s “Power 100”, was recognized by Savoy Magazine in 2018 and 2020 as one of the “Most Influential Blacks in Corporate America" and was the Carriers World "Global Wholesale Personality of the Year” award winner in 2018.

Prior to his current assignment, Mr. Cevis held various VP roles within Verizon and began his career in 1986 in the Government/Federal Systems Division of Bell Atlantic.

Mr. Cevis has a B.S. in Marketing Management from George Mason University and completed additional studies at the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.

Jeff Hulse

Partner Sales

Jeff leads the combined Sales, Solutions Engineering and New Business Development teams for Verizon Partner Solutions in North America, with a focus on the US telecom sectors. This includes top strategic carriers, local exchange carriers, Internet Service Providers, Applications and Content Delivery providers.

Previously, Jeff has held leadership positions across Strategy Development & Execution, Marketing, Sales, Operations and Carrier Management for Verizon Partner Solutions and other Verizon affiliate organizations.

Jeff has a BS in Business Administration from Caldwell University and an Executive Master Degree in Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology.

Patrick Sullivan

International Sales

Patrick leads International Sales for Verizon Partner Solutions, caring for all Communications Service Providers headquartered outside of the USA & Canada, split into three key regions EMEA, APAC and LATAM. The sector includes Fixed and Mobile carriers, Internet Service Providers, Licensed operators, Cable companies and Resellers.

Prior to joining Verizon in 2008, where he was initially responsible for APAC Sales, Patrick qualified as management accountant for a major Pharmaceutical, and spent 13 years in C&W (including 4 in Japan), across a number of business areas including Finance, Business development, Carrier management, and culminating with responsibility for Global Carrier Sales.

Patrick has a BA Business Studies, an MBA from the London Business School and is Qualified as Management Accountant (CIMA).

Sonal Patel

Marketing

Sonal leads Marketing for Verizon Partner Solutions and is responsible for developing the winning strategy and vision for the global wholesale business unit. This includes the management of VPS’ product portfolio to drive revenue growth, gain market share and also inspire thought leadership through the development of key partnerships, targeting new customer segments and launching new products and services.

Prior to VPS, Sonal held a variety of Marketing roles within Verizon Wireless, supporting both consumer and business segments. From pricing strategy and implementation, to CRM, Sonal’s depth of marketing and business acumen have help deliver strong results for Verizon Wireless in revenue, new customer growth and market share.

Darren Kolb

Client Services

Darren Kolb is Executive Director of Verizon Partner Solutions Client Services, leading Verizon’s global wireline wholesale operations including customer ordering for access & local services, Fiber-to-the-Cell (FTTC) and Ethernet; competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC) provisioning & maintenance; voice product operations and wholesale systems transformation.

Previously, Darren served as Director of Global Service Delivery, where he helped transform the Delivery space from a Network Centric to a Network Agnostic model for the Digital Transformation. He also led team members in the provisioning and delivery network elements which enabled the rollout of 5G and the Intelligent Edge Network initiatives.

Darren brings 24 plus years of telecommunications industry experience to the Verizon team and is also certified as a Verizon Lean Six Sigma (VLSS) Black Belt.

Brian Brady

Business and Sales Operations

Brian Brady leads the Verizon Partner Solutions Business and Sales Operations team, which is responsible for Wholesale sales commission plans and assurance, development and coordination, sales targets / quotas, as well as customer lists and account assignment tables. Brian’s team provides direction and support for systems and reporting, with particular insight into sales tool automation and processes, including SalesForce.com (SFDC) and Verizon Rapid Delivery (VRD). His team also provides support for customer quoting and ordering, using both VRD and legacy applications. Brian’s group is also responsible for operational metrics and local regulatory compliance, reporting, penalties and FCC Special Access mandates, including Performance Assurance Plan (PAP) and Carrier-to-Carrier (C2C) metrics across 10 states.

Previously, Brady was a Director of FP&A at MCI International. He has a B.S. in Mathematics from Syracuse University, NY and an M.B.A. from Wright State University, Ohio.

Jenn Parkhill

Strategy Execution and Program Management

Jenn leads the Strategy Execution and Program Management team for VPS. Jenn is responsible for the execution of key strategic initiatives such as fiber investments, network enhancements, and engaging with key cross-functional teams to deliver on organizational goals.

Previously, Jenn held leadership positions in product management, marketing communications and strategic marketing. Her prior role at VPS focused on the optimization of global sponsorship and event opportunities, social media, and customer communications to capture and prioritize voice of customer feedback from multiple forums. Parkhill received a B.A. degree from the University of Western Ontario, Canada and M.B.A from the University of Colorado.
