DDoS Shield is a cloud-based DDoS mitigation solution that’s built on our highly scalable infrastructure. It works across the enterprise, reducing the impact of high volume attacks, while protecting your IP address space regardless of internet provider.

When under attack, it redirects inbound traffic to scrubbing centers and returns only clean, legitimate traffic to your network. Provided from the cloud, this DDoS prevention service leverages the Verizon Digital Media Service infrastructure, offering you an ever-expanding DDoS mitigation capacity against large-scale attacks.
